. With a strong reputation in cable management solutions and a commitment to Australian-made innovation, the company is poised for its next stage of growth and global expansion.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the shareholders, this hands-on leadership role is suited to an executive with a proven track record in
senior management, sales leadership and product-driven business growth
. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge, ideally in
electrical engineering
or a closely related field.
Regular travel across Australia to engage customers and build partnerships will be required, along with a willingness to champion Australian technology in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and deliver on strategic, operational, and financial goals
- Represent the business with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Drive sales growth across a wide portfolio of cable management solutions
- Position the company for global opportunities while strengthening the domestic market presence
What We're Looking For
- Executive-level leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of electrical cables and systems, including industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Commercially driven with a track record of identifying and capturing new opportunities
- Willingness to quickly develop deep product knowledge and advocate solutions to clients
- Fluency in a second language is highly regarded
