We are currently seeking dedicated PCAs to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time and Full-Time basis at our Aged Care Facilities in Rockhampton.
Our Personal Care Assistants are key team members supporting our residents and our team. PCAs assist residents to ensure they live their best life. Our Aged Care Facilities operate 24 hours a day to support residents' ongoing needs. We treat each resident with Compassion, Dignity, Empathy, Integrity, and Respect.
Each Facility is supported by a fantastic team environment, including an enthusiastic Training team to support your growth. We have a dedicated PCA onboarding process to guide you through your journey with us. $30.74 – $32.15 per hour + superannuation + potential for increased take-home pay through generous salary packaging
Some of the duties of a PCA include:
* Maintaining a friendly home environment where residents are encouraged to engage in activities of their choice
* Ensuring the safe and appropriate use of equipment, prioritizing resident comfort and safety
* Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as showering, continence care, bedding, and clothing
* Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse
