The Position:
* Prepare buffet-style bulk cooking for Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner and Desserts
* You will work collaboratively with other Chefs, kitchen utilities & dining room employees to ensure seamless delivery of food services
* Maintain high standards of safe work practices and food handling procedures at all times
* Achieve minimal wastage by implementing effective catering controls
* Offer guidance and support to the kitchen team where needed, enhancing customer satisfaction
