My client provides critical emergency services in the state of Tasmania, Australia.
The service operates within the Department of Health.
**Your new role**
We are currently seeking an Operations Services Officer who can assist the Communications Centre with their extensive administration and payroll skills for the next 8 weeks with the possibility of an extension.
You will:
- Manage clinical/financial and administrative information and correspondence
- Manage the flow of correspondence in and out of the department
- Track, prepare and distribute internal, Departmental and Ministerial documentation
- Organise meetings, develop agendas and taking of minutes
- Effectively and efficiently process the administrative requirements associated with payroll
**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level confidentiality
- Administration / business support and payroll
- Clerical capacity especially in the development of agendas and accurate minute taking capabilities
- You will be immediately available
**What you'll get in return**
You will receive an attractive casual hourly rate and work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, completing a 38-hour standard week.
