Azzo Project Services Pty Ltd is a North Queensland‑owned fire protection company operating since 2006. Led by a Director with over 30 years of industry experience, we deliver trusted passive fire and bushfire protection solutions across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and beyond.
We specialise in:
* Passive fire installation
* Design, certification, and inspections
* End‑to‑end compliance and asset protection
* Complex commercial projects across hospitals, new builds, remediation works, and more

The Role: Passive Fire Installer (Full‑Time)
Based in Cairns, with paid travel throughout Northern Queensland when required.
You'll be responsible for:
* Installing passive fire systems under the guidance of senior technicians
* Sealing penetrations, installing dampers, firestopping & related tasks
* Reading and following project plans
* Assisting with site preparation and workflow coordination
* Ensuring work meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards
* Collaborating with a supportive, professional team
Ideal background: Plasterer, carpenter, or passive fire technician.
Tickets required:
* White Card (essential)
* Trade qualification in carpentry or plastering (preferred)
This role suits someone who works well independently and in team environments.
