About the Opportunity
As the Multimedia Designer, you will develop high-quality visual and digital content that supports our identity, brand and culture across our growing group of early learning centres. You will work closely with Operations and senior leadership to translate ideas into engaging communication materials that support centre storytelling, family engagement, recruitment campaigns, internal training and our brand refresh.
This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys taking a concept from brief to delivery, producing consistent and polished multimedia assets that elevate the EEH brand experience across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, short-form video, photography, presentation materials, centre signage and digital collateral.
* Support the brand identity and visual guidelines across all centre and support office communications.
* Plan, storyboard and edit video content for centre storytelling, staff training, events, recruitment and promotional use.
* Manage and maintain digital asset libraries and templates for consistent use across the group.
* Collaborate with centre teams to capture authentic imagery and stories that reflect our culture and approach to early learning.
* Work alongside external suppliers where required (e.g. printers, videographers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of assets.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of our brand identity as we scale and rebrand to a unified national brand presence.
About You
Essential
* Demonstrated experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation (portfolio required).
* Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
* Strong visual communication skills with attention to detail, layout and design consistency.
* Experience creating short-form video content (shooting and editing).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different stakeholders.
Desirable
* Experience working in a brand, creative studio, education or community-based environment.
* Photography skills and comfort capturing content in live environments.
* Understanding of brand rollout across physical environments (e.g. signage, displays) is advantageous.
