**The Role**
Based at our Head Office in Fitzroy North, we now have an exciting opportunity in Marketing to join the team in a full time role. You will be primarily working for Femme Connection and will be responsible for engaging and supporting our digital marketing agency and managing our social media strategy. This highly collaborative individual will ensure aesthetic integrity and leverage market trends and their creative skills to continuously elevate our customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage organic social profiles as well as create content for paid socials.
- Manage Brand Ambassador Program
- Influencer management and brand collaborations
- Assist in product descriptions and web uploads
- Content creation (shoot flatlays, create reels, write blogs, )
- Create content calendar and work proactively in accordance with marketing calendar, and ensure all deadlines are met on a timely basis.
- EDM creation and managing campaigns
- Support our digital marketing agency in approvals, collateral, and direction
- Assist with tasks from cross-functional departments
**To Be Successful You Will Have**:
- At least 2 years of experience within Marketing or similar field, preferably in fashion industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar degree.
- Ecommerce understanding in Shopify (preferred but not required)
- High attention to detail with a creative eye.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and work closely with other members in the department.
- Multi-tasking and time management - demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented - excellent calendar adherence and ownership
- Awareness of fashion & marketing trends and forecasts
- A passion for women's fashion
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Work closely with stakeholders in the company.
