What You Will Do:

This role partners with senior leaders, across the business. You will:

* Be the go-to HR business partner who helps our teams and leaders thrive.
* Work closely with senior leaders, offering practical, people-first HR advice that actually makes a difference.
* Identify key trends, provide valuable insights, and ensure compliance.
* Partner with leaders to develop and execute the People Strategy and roadmap aligned to the vision and longer-range strategies.
* Play a key role in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion, making sure these values are deeply embedded in our great company culture.
* Working closely with the Director of HR, to roll out both global and local HR programs in a way that makes sense for our people.
* Whether it's refining how we do things, boosting engagement, or making sure our teams are set up for success, your impact will be real and felt across the business.

What We're Looking For?

If you're all about strategy, people, and making work better (with a little fun along the way), this is the role for you.

* Completed Business Degree in Human Resource Management.
* 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
* FMCG industry experience is highly desirable.
* Solid knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
* Looking for full time or part time work (across 4 days).
* Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
* Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-focused approach.
* Passion for creating a positive employee experience and culture.
