ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be leading bespoke software builds from the ground up, working directly with clients to solve real-world challenges. This is a hands-on tech leadership role where you’ll design and build backend systems while utilising a team onshore/offshore to drive delivery forward. Team of 2–8 developers at your disposal (onshore, offshore, or blended) Split time between technical hands-on work and consulting (90% hands on) Own solutions end-to-end from scoping to production handover Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to shape outcomes Build secure, scalable backend services in .NET and Azure SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 6 years full stack .NET experience (C#, MVC, Web APIs) Cloud experience with Azure or AWS Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework skills Comfortable mentoring and managing small teams Clear communicator with strong client-facing skills Experience in an end-to-end consultative role is ideal Bonus: React or Angular knowledge Bonus: Experience with Xamarin, SSIS, or ML tools CULTURE People enjoy working in this team because they’re trusted to own their work, supported by strong leadership, and surrounded by smart, grounded colleagues.
