We're seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support lead generation and customer acquisition activity across multiple brands and services.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering integrated marketing activity across digital channels, improving customer journeys, and using data and insights to drive performance across the full funnel. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
* Act as a subject matter expert in the application of marketing tools and channels, with a strong digital focus
* Support and execute lead generation initiatives across campaigns, social media, PR activity and tactical offers
* Recommend and implement data-driven improvements across all stages of the customer funnel
* Develop, execute and optimise SEO strategies
* Manage content updates across online channels
* Conduct research and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
* Improve customer journeys through personalisation and segmentation
* Ensure consistent brand execution across owned, paid and earned channels
* Liaise with specialist vendors and agencies to deliver agreed outcomes
* Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance
Projects & Collaboration
* Represent the marketing function on cross-business initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on marketing projects
* Coordinate content production for campaigns and initiatives
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Reporting & Insights
* Collect, analyse and interpret marketing performance data
* Maintain accurate tracking and measurement frameworks
* Produce regular performance reporting and insights for stakeholders
* Assist with data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership
* Monitor competitors, industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Governance & Compliance
* Ensure marketing activity complies with governance, privacy and regulatory requirements
* Complete all required compliance training and policy acknowledgements
* Contribute to a strong risk-aware and continuous improvement culture
Team Contribution
* Share marketing updates and insights with internal stakeholders
* Support acquisition planning and optimisation initiatives
* Collaborate with technology teams on marketing-related digital builds
* Participate in team initiatives, projects and professional development
* Contribute to change programs that improve marketing effectiveness
About You
* Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* 4+ years' experience in a marketing specialist or similar role
* Proven experience delivering lead generation and performance-focused marketing activity
* Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and SEO tools
* Experience in health, insurance or regulated industries is highly regarded
