About the role:
* Provide therapy services on a needs basis, building on strengths and developing sustainable solutions.
* Deliver goal-directed therapy services to adolescents and adults, collaborating with others to support community participation.
* Develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals meet needs and reflect personal aspirations.
* Provide information to customers about valuable services, enabling informed choices.
About you:

* Have experience in disability and/or adult services as a clinician.
* Commit to family-centered approaches, strengths-based practices, and inclusion.
* Exhibit excellent communication and team skills.
Requirements:
* Current Driver's License and own vehicle.
* Registration with AHPRA.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Valid Australian Working Rights and International Police Check (if applicable).
