Overview
We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our workforce and play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and well‐presented Land Lease Communities across Stockland's national portfolio. Multiple positions are available to support various sites across the state. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes for our client and communities. Previous trade experience with an emphasis on planned and reactive maintenance and repair is necessary for success in this role.
What You'll Do
* Act as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs.
* Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification and risk mitigation.
* Coordinate contractors, deliveries, supplies and consumables.
* Perform general maintenance, cleaning and pool testing activities.
* Respond to incidents, emergencies and after‐hours maintenance needs.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in trades, general maintenance and repair work (qualifications will be well received but are not required).
* Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and Zero Harm principles.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor service delivery performance.
* Current Driver's Licence, White Card and Police Check.
* Strong communication skills with a customer‐focused mindset.
