Job Overview





As a Retail Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading a team of customer-facing staff. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in supporting the Store Manager in store operations, managing stock, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.





Key Responsibilities



* Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

* Support the Store Manager in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising

* Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and success

* Manage and control store expenses while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction






Requirements



* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

* Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Experience in retail or hospitality industry an advantage, but not required
