About the Role

You will partner with communities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure culturally safe recruitment processes that value the unique perspectives of First Nations candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sustainable talent pipelines for First Nations talent
* Attract and recruit diverse talent using strategic sourcing techniques
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
* Provide exceptional care to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Deep knowledge of Aboriginal ways of knowing, being, and doing
* A strong understanding of cultural protocols and sensitivities
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly with First Nations talent
* Business partnering and account management skills
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
