Occupational Therapist - Make a Difference

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, bringing their expertise and passion for helping others to a rewarding role. As an OT with Ability Action Australia, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to NDIS participants.
About the Role

* You will assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living.
* You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals and develop effective intervention plans.
* You will participate in professional development and receive regular supervision from experienced professionals.
* You will engage in group supervision and disability-specific workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* You will collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team, including Speechies, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* You must be currently registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* You should have a passion for working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
* You should be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of people living with a disability.
* Prior experience in paediatrics is highly desirable but not essential.
