About the role
Lismore Toyota is seeking an Automotive Business Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our financial services offerings, including insurance and finance products. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

* Don't know anything about cars? No worries. You will be given all the training on the job and be guided by professionals. You don't need any automotive experience. We'll provide all the training that will see you learn about the product and the process with stacks of support from the General Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager and even the Dealer Principal.
* Perhaps you're working in Retail or Sales, and you'd like to build on the skills you already have
* This role involves working a Monday to Saturday schedule with one rostered day off during the week.
What you'll be doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive the growth of our financial services products
* Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve financial targets
* Preparing reports and presentations for senior management
* Handling sales enquiries and prospecting for new customers
* Adhering to a follow-up system in place to encourage repeat business and generate leads
* Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our targets
* Supporting the General Sales Manager
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Outstanding negotiation and closing skills
* Passionate about the industry and high customer service focus
