As a key member of our housing programs team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and phone-based support to internal and external stakeholders
* Managing Purchase Orders, invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and expense tracking with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintaining data entry and overseeing database compliance and accuracy
* Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, room bookings, and minute-taking as needed
* Preparing internal reports and assisting with operational tasks, calendar management, and process updates
* Working closely with program leadership to ensure timely and responsive service delivery
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative or operational support role
* Excellent multitasking ability and strong attention to detail
* Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), SharePoint, Teams etc
* Familiarity with finance systems such as Centrepay, TechOne, and ExpenseMe (highly desirable)
* Impeccable phone etiquette and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Capacity to manage competing deadlines and adapt quickly in a changing environment
* A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
* A current Blue Card
