Job Title: Network Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Manager to lead and manage our technical team in the delivery, operation, and support of enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure defined service levels are met, collaborate with other operations teams, and manage the provision and implementation of enterprise Access infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational services.
* Analyse complex problems to develop effective solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in ITIL Service Management processes, including incident/problem/change/release/configuration management. You should have experience working with external access solutions, enterprise networks (WAN/LAN), wireless technologies, IP telephony quality of service models load balancing directory services authentication/authorisation technologies DNS/DHCP IT governance frameworks SFIA codes TECH 6 RLMT 6 ITCM 6 FMIT 5 ASMG 6 NHS Effective Strategic influencing Drive for Results Drive for Improvement Leading change through people.
