Key responsibilities
Process transactions and documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Apply knowledge to interpret policies and procedures and solve problems.
Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, performing quality checks, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, assisting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping meet team goals.
Manage priorities and deadlines, often handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process efficiencies and supporting special projects as required.

Role details
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance (3 days a week).
This role is Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday – Friday), 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based at any of our head office locations. Ideally Bendigo or Adelaide.
