Safety Site Administrator – Dugald River Project

As the Dugald River project continues to expand, we're seeking a dedicated Safety Site Administrator to join our established team. This role is primarily focused on supporting safety operations and compliance, while also offering cross-training in broader site administration tasks such as travel coordination, payroll, and logistics to ensure seamless coverage during leave periods.

Key Responsibilities
* Support site safety documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
* Assist with incident reporting and maintaining safety registers
* Coordinate safety inductions and training records
* Maintain and update the asset register, including equipment movement
* Assist with mobilisation and de-mobilisation of sites
* Perform inventory and plant disposal management
* Compile budget estimates and manage equipment data
* Scan and enter work orders and pre-starts
* Cross-train in travel bookings, payroll processing, and general site admin duties
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in maintenance or safety administration within mining or heavy industry
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Valid manual driver's licence
* Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
* Familiarity with heavy mobile equipment
* A proactive mindset for continuous improvement
