This is an opportunity to contribute to our Human Resources and Payroll functions. As a detail-driven, analytical, and people-focused professional, you will be the primary point of contact for sales commission queries and assist with payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Payload & Commission Support:
* Be the first point of contact for sales commission inquiries
* Respond to payroll and commission questions in a timely and professional manner
2. Human Resources Support:
* Assist with HR administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, and documentation
* Address HR-related queries around policies, entitlements, and general staff information
3. Data, Systems & Analytics:
* Maintain and update spreadsheets, logs, and performance tracking documents
* Analyse HR, payroll, and commission data to identify trends or areas for improvement
