The Role
As
Venue Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage diverse teams, and deliver outstanding results across service, sales, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and mentor staff to create a motivated, high-performing team culture.
Manage rostering, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Drive venue performance, including achieving revenue targets, controlling costs, and maximising profitability.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies.
Develop and deliver strategies to grow customer engagement and repeat business.
Collaborate with senior management on marketing initiatives and events.
About You
Proven experience in venue, bar, or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen.
Flexible, hands-on, and solutions-driven.
