We are currently seeking dedicated Civil Earthworks Operators, Supervisors, and Labourers to join our team for an exciting project in Bathurst. This opportunity allows you to work on high-profile projects while also having the chance to travel around the country for various LMI projects.

Civil Earthworks Supervisors
Key Responsibilities:
Operators:
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform earthworks tasks such as excavation, grading, and compaction.
Supervisors:
• Oversee and coordinate site activities, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with project managers and stakeholders.
Labourers:
• Perform general labour tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with machinery operations. Support the team in achieving project milestones.
Our Projects:
• Earthworks for infrastructure development such as roads, highways, and bridges.
• Installation of geosynthetic materials for environmental protection and erosion control.
• Drainage solutions to manage stormwater and improve site sustainability.
• Site remediation and rehabilitation projects to restore and enhance the environment.
