Position Overview:
The Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives by providing hands-on assistance across communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities. This role works closely with Change Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and embedded within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
* Assist in identifying and analysing the impacts of change on business processes, systems, and people.
* Maintain stakeholder registers and support reporting on change progress, adoption, and resistance.
* Develop and distribute communications to ensure awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
* Support the creation of training materials, job aids, and other change support tools.
* Collaborate with project teams to monitor change adoption and escalate risks or issues to Change Managers.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for change activities, including workshops, meetings, and change events.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in change management, communications, or project support roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach, with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
* Experience in the education, government, or corporate sector is a plus.
