At ONCALL Group Australia/SACARE, we’re passionate about delivering life-changing support to people living with disability. We're seeking a Practice Manager – Allied Health to lead and empower a growing multidisciplinary team delivering therapy services across South Australia and Victoria.



About the Role

As our Practice Manager – Allied Health, you’ll play a critical role in driving excellence, innovation, and team cohesion across our allied health services. You’ll work closely with the National Manager (Executive) – Clinical, Quality & Safeguards, overseeing daily operations while ensuring we meet (and exceed) client needs and team KPIs.

You’ll be leading a skilled, close-knit team of OTs, physios, PBS practitioners, psychologists, and therapy assistants, and will be the glue that keeps clinical quality, operational effectiveness, and team culture thriving.

What You’ll Do

* Lead day-to-day service operations to ensure timely, high-quality therapy delivery
* Support rostering, caseload allocation and practitioner KPIs
* Champion continuous improvement and NDIS compliance
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance reviews
* Report on key service and financial metrics
* Cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

What You Bring: Essential

* Proven leadership in allied health or multidisciplinary settings
* Strong understanding of NDIS operational and funding models
* Experience with practice management systems (e.g., Splose)
* Confidence in managing people, performance, and process
* A hands-on, proactive attitude – you're a doer, a fixer, a coach
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder skills
* Clinical background or experience working in the disability or health sector
* Previous practice management experience (essential)
* Understanding of Medicare/Private Health billings (essential)
* Ability to lead and support national teams and programs
* Knowledge of workforce allocations and productivity metrics
* NDIS Worker Check, WWCC & SA Driver’s Licence
* Willingness to travel occasionally interstate
