Section Waiter - $65,****** – $80,****** per year + super.
What we are looking for
At least 3 years of work experience as a Section Waiter or Head Waiter, working in a quality establishment.
Relevant qualifications.
Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
Good communication and organisational skills along with sound decision making.
Organised with ability to implement systems and procedures; experience in setting and achieving targets.
Adhere to RSA legislation.
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Have full Australian working rights.
Available to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Help management lead a large top performing team.
Staff training and development.
Assisting with the organisation of events and functions.
Managing and leading service on a daily basis.
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Hosting and reservation management.
