Job Position: Field Service Technician for Fiber Laser Cutting Machinery
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated field service technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber laser cutting machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training clients on operation, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and commission fiber laser cutting machines at customer sites
* Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to minimize downtime
* Train customers on safe operation and maintenance procedures
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical background with experience in installation and maintenance of industrial equipment
* Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and its applications in the manufacturing industry
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
