How you will contribute:
As Payroll Manager, you will deliver accurate and compliant payroll for employees, oversee the payroll provider with strong governance, and lead payroll system changes including testing, training and stakeholder engagement.
* Partner with HR, Finance and IT to streamline processes, reporting and automation;
* Provide back-up support for payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory reporting;
* Resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring tax, superannuation and leave compliance; and
* Manage, coach and support the payroll team to achieve excellence.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience leading payroll in a medium to large organisation;
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation;
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach;
* Able to balance day-to-day payroll delivery with projects and transformation initiatives; and
* High attention to detail, strong integrity, and skilled at managing complex payroll environments.
