Job Description
Our Kairros Western Australia branch is looking to expand Across the state we are looking for contractors to join our growing teams as we expand regionally, we are open to the below locations:
* Esperance
* Albany (and surrounds)
* Kalgoorlie
* Broome
* Kununurra
On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close‑knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
As a valued team member, you will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that Kairros clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery. The role is contractor‑based, with workload increasing as our regional presence expands — and potential for future employment opportunities as growth continues.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for completing high‑quality assessments such as:
* Worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis
* Initial assessments to identify return‑to‑work barriers
* Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes
* Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required
* Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements
Qualifications
* Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic.
* A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees;
* Willingness to travel (car and licence essential)
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
* A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
