About the Role
Our client, a major energy organisation, is undergoing a significant payroll and workforce-management transformation and seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead all change activities across a high-profile Payroll Enhancement Project.
The role will coordinate and deliver the full suite of change management activities to support the successful rollout of the new system.
Key Responsibilities
Identify impacted stakeholders and support the development of engagement strategies.
Participate in discovery sessions to understand business impacts, user needs, and potential resistance.
Facilitate and document change impact assessments across teams and functional areas.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management plan.
Build, support, and leverage change champions to drive project success.
Create and manage project communications including FAQs, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
Maintain accurate change documentation and track change deliverables.
Work closely with users and project teams to capture feedback, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Monitor business readiness and support transition and migration activities.
Contribute to training plans and assist with end-user support following go-live.
Experience & Qualifications
Background as a Change Manager in business transformation and complex systems implementation projects.
Experience with the rollout of payroll systems or workforce-management systems across multiple sites and rosters.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
Ability to juggle competing priorities and operate in a fast-moving project environment.
Experience preparing change impact assessments and translating business analysis outputs.
Solid understanding of payroll processes.
Qualifications in Business, Communications, or related discipline (desirable).
