The Church Partnership Manager is driven for holistic gospel transformation across the globe, especially for children living in poverty. This role reports to the Church Team Manager and is required to develop new partnerships, cultivate deep ongoing engagement with churches, and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with Compassion Australia’s strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate, nurture, and grow existing partnerships with churches, alongside other church team members.
- Achieve financial and non-financial targets by developing donor engagement opportunities in line with national strategies.
- Implement church national strategies to develop strategic partnerships with new churches and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute collaboratively to the continuous development and improvement of methodology and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, monitor and deliver workplans to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Qualifications in Ministry, Sales, Marketing and/or communications (Highly Desirable)
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to network with people of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Exemplary communication skills, including persuasive negotiating and public speaking abilities
- In depth knowledge and networks within the local church context and/or philanthropic fundraising landscape.
- Ability to seek out, analyse and utilise data insights to make strategic decisions.
- A demonstrated capacity to build the influence and impact of an organisation by developing and managing meaningful partnerships and networks with external stakeholders
- Extensive experience in lead generation and prospecting including experience in cold & warm calls, moves management and working to targets
