After Hours Manager

$65.30 per hour + superannuation + generous salary packaging options.

Ongoing part-time, 60 hours per fortnight.

Are you a motivated Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Dhelkaya Health is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic After‐Hours Manager to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role provides after‐hours leadership and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence.

• Lead and support the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person‐centred care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areas.
• Provide confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staff.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standards.
• Maintain oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facility.

This role predominantly involves evening and night shifts, with day shifts available on weekends and public holidays. Flexible working arrangements, including job share, will be considered.

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated high level of nursing experience, knowledge, skill and focus on nursing leadership.
