Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product and Systems Business Capability, the ERP Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of key process re-engineering initiatives and the global adoption and embedding of key frameworks, capabilities, standards, and guidelines across Enterprise Services.
The ERP Delivery Lead is an enablement and change role that will work across complex and highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects. The successful applicant will have proven experience in complex, large-scale enterprise delivery and a deep understanding of technology concepts. Experience with Oracle (or other ERP platforms), human resources, continuous integration, continuous delivery, working with third party vendors, and a strong operational background is essential.
Key responsibilities will include;
Provide delivery leadership across multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise platform strategies
Champion continuous improvement, automation, and agile delivery practices
Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
Lead the end-to-end delivery of process re-engineering initiatives across Enterprise Services
Support change management and communication strategies to drive adoption of new capabilities
Monitor and report on delivery performance, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
Providing oversight and monitoring (governance) to ensure adherence to Frameworks and the associated risk and controls landscape
What you'll need
Experience with test automation
Experience working in a product capability
Experience building resilience across matrix teams
Understanding of information security practices
Strong Microsoft (MSP) and Atlassian suite (Jira / Confluence) and PowerBI skills
Experience with Oracle or other ERP (ideally HR applications)
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Advanced experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions
Experience in a fast-growing technology / finance / human resources function or company
Tertiary qualification in technology, finance or human resources
