About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman / Site Manager to join their passionate team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll lead on‑site operations and work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator (and a Leading Hand if it is a larger project).
The first project they have in mind for you is a $14M aged care project, which they have already won; they're just waiting for the contract to be signed and will confirm the start date with the client.
Your role will require you to be responsible for
* Oversee site establishment and ongoing site operations
* Drive program delivery and maintain strict adherence to project timelines
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders
* Confidently read, interpret and work from construction drawings
* Ensure effective implementation and compliance with all QSE standards
* Coordinate all design and construction activities across project phases
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and performance
* Maintain a solid understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and workflows
* Trade background is highly regarded
* The company uses Hammertech across their sites (training will be provided)
