About the Role
GP Collective is seeking an experienced and motivated Health Assessment / Occupational Health Nurse to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a dynamic group of practices, delivering high-quality occupational health services and health assessments that support individuals and organisations to stay healthy, safe, and at work.
You will play a key role in delivering pre-employment medicals, workplace health assessments, and preventative health initiatives across our clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings
* Perform occupational health checks including spirometry, audiometry, ECGs, and drug & alcohol testing
* Support workplace health and wellbeing programs
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
* Liaise with GPs, employers, and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with clinical standards and occupational health guidelines
* Contribute to continuous improvement and service development
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Experience in occupational health or health assessments (highly desirable)
* Strong clinical and assessment skills
* Confident working independently and across multiple sites
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to build rapport with patients and corporate clients
* Current driver's licence (preferred)
