Your Role and ImpactAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across South‑East Queensland and key regional hubs. This is a full‑cycle hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, generating pipeline, attend industry events, meet firm partners and principals, presenting tailored outsourcing solutions, and closing new partnerships with SMB to large accounting and tax firms.
Qualifications and Skills RequiredProven B2B hunter sales experienceExperience selling outsourcing or BPOStrong consultative sales and relationship‑building skillsKnowledge of accounting or tax firms is highly advantageousFamiliarity with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks desirableComfortable with travel across SE QLD and regional circuitsStrong commercial acumen and CRM discipline
