Your new role
As the General Foreman, you will oversee a hospital refurbishment project within a live operational environment. Reporting to the Site Manager, the works will be delivered in small, concurrent pockets, requiring meticulous planning and coordination to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations. You will be responsible for supervising trades, maintaining site safety, and ensuring works are completed to the highest standard.
What you'll need to succeed
* QBBC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Builder background with proven supervisory experience
* Previous experience in hospital refurbishments is highly desirable; similar live environment refurbishment experience will also be considered.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple work fronts safely and efficiently
