Latrobe Regional Health is looking for an Administrative Support Officer - Education and Training to join our growing team on a part-time (0.3EFT) fixed term, parental leave coverage - until December ****.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our Education and Training Team.
This key role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Education Manager, Psychiatric Nurse Consultant, and the wider education team.

The role of the Administrative Support Officer - Education and Training is:
Provide general administrative support, including room and session bookings, and printing of learning materials for staff.
Assist with processing study leave forms and coordinating staff orientation sessions.
Maintain and update the Education intranet portal with relevant and current resources.
Compile and distribute the weekly education email to staff.
Support the efficient operation of educational and wellbeing programs across the team.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
Experience in administrative and clerical support, ideally within a healthcare or educational setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and internet/email.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service focus.
Ability to form effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
