Broker support role with a wide range of tasks that offers valuable exposure to the insurance industry
**Your new company**
Our client is a well-known and highly respected company in the insurance space, looking to expand their Melbourne team by bringing on an Assistant Account Executive. They are known as being a great company to work for and have an extremely supportive team and very high employee retention. They are conveniently located in the inner eastern suburbs their office is a short walk from the train station.
**Your new role**
This highly dynamic, multi-faceted position encompasses a wide variety of tasks. On any given day you could be doing administrative tasks, supporting company processes and audits, helping out with queries relating to compliance/insurance/processing, and helping set up new employees and liaising with other teams within the company. You will be assisting the General Manager and the Regional Operations Coordinator with a wide range of tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in the insurance industry will be beneficial
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Tier 1 or 2 Qualification is desirable but not required
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Friendly and co-operative personality
**What you'll get in return**
- $70,000 - $85,000 + Super (pay depending on experience)
- Start the role by being flown to the Gold Coast to receive training for 1-2 weeks.
- Exposure to wide variety of insurance tasks, processes and stakeholders
- Support through Tier 1 & 2 Qualifications if you don't already have them
