About The Role: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide expertise in electrical design for both single and multi-disciplinary projects. Your role will involve leading small to medium-sized design projects, ensuring best practice delivery while managing costs and timelines, and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors
- Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with external clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on saving time and reducing costs without compromising on quality.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business development opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the business unit by supporting strategic goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall success.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
- 7 to 10+ years’ industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
- Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector
- Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
- Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.);
