With this growth comes an exciting recent chance for an experienced data driven marketing executive to join our business and help us expand our customer base and product offering.
As the Marketing & Communications Officer you will be responsible for design and implementation of our marketing plan moving forward in both the Australian and U.S. markets.
Working closely with our Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase current customer acquisition, repeat business and average cart size along with providing detailed progress reports.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the e-commerce space (ideally B2B but not essential)
Data driven / analytical marketing approach
Leadership or management experience is advantageous
University Degree in relevant field and demonstrated intelligence through academic results
Ability to solve complex problems, demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work accurately and autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be required to:
Develop a marketing plan for both Australia & the USA.
Develop and maintain metrics for the role and reporting structure of campaigns.
Work with our product development team on marketing analysis and go to market strategies.
Be an advocate for the Easy Signs brand, ensuring consistency of message and continued efforts to generate brand growth and recognition.
Source marketing related vendors and negotiate rates.
Work to agreed business goals and targets.
Analyse our customer segments and develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive demand and increase retention and market share for each.
Oversee the creation of high-quality written content and other marketing materials that drive engagement and support SEO.
Adhere to the marketing budget and generate reports to communicate the results of each strategy.
Identify and develop Marketing & Communications opportunities on a national level for both Australia and the USA.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
Hours : 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
