We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals.
* Work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies
* Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
* Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
* Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews
* Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
* Coordinate training and development programs for staff
* Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to aid decision-making
