To support our growth, we are seeking applications for experienced Underground Trainers to join the Barminco team. We are looking for people who like earning good money, enjoy plenty of time off for your own adventures and want to expand their group of mates.
These positions will be based at our Sunrise Dam Underground Mining operations on an 8:6 roster. FIFO from Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify the training needs of Barminco's underground mining operators and develop training plans to address the required competencies.
Coordinate training for new employees (mining entry roles) and ensure training is effectively delivered
Analyze UG mobile equipment performance data to identify and address variability in operator capability and performance.
Facilitate training plans for existing operators to ensure skills are maintained and to address skills gaps that have been identified in monitoring key performance indicators.
Liase with site leadership and site trainers as required on training needs and logistics for training attendance and compliance
Key Requirements
Extensive experience working in underground mining (5+ Years)
Cert IV in training
Current and Valid Australian Manual Drivers licence
All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's)
