**About the Role**
- Monitor and manage Published Product Information reporting by setting benchmarks, analysing data and providing daily and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple business functions to solve problems.
- Lead and facilitate the administrative function of PPI by ensuring all library content is up to date, at all times, for compliance assurance.
- Manage the continuous development of functionality across all PPI libraries to improve efficiency and ensure users benefit from ongoing enhancement.
- Lead initiatives and implementation of process, procedures and systems to ensure all internally-published processes are up to date at all times.
- Confidently negotiate, influence and brief critical senior stakeholders regarding PPI project updates, deliverables and any new project requirements as they relate to compliance.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager, manage the Embed One RTO Master Schedule and report on achievements, risk and issues.
- Lead and nurture relationships across over 90+ stakeholders to influence PPI outcomes and sustain high project performance for our regulators, external and internal customers.
- Manage and develop a high performance team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence and a customer first attitude, through effective leadership, support and feedback.

**About You**
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple teams in meeting key project targets and outcomes while provide exemplary customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability achieving outcomes within timeframes
- Ability to manage self with drive and motivation, commitment to self-reflect and learning
- Previous experience with stakeholder engagement
