**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Trades Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in the Perdaman Project Ceres, you will be part of a landmark project that's set to redefine standards and reshape the future of fertilizers.
The project involves constructing the largest urea plant in Australia and one of the largest in the world, with the most sustainable production processes. You will work on a 20:8-day shift roster, flying in and out from Perth to Karratha or working locally in Karratha.
Your Role:
* Previous experience working alongside SMP trades
* Competent to identify safety risks
* Competent to read and understand safe operating procedure with tasks, tooling or machines
* Ability to work in physical demanding environment and lift heavy objects
What You Will Bring to the Team:
* Construction White/Blue Card
* Current Working at Heights
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Previous experience working FIFO, would be an advantage
* C Class Manual Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
* Full Working Rights in Australia
