About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Market Development Manager to join our Commercial team. As a technical thought leader, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to develop and execute product strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Cultivating external stakeholder relationships with growers, influencers, agronomists/consultants, grower groups, and other industry stakeholders to create demand for our core products.
* Managing the Southern NSW/Victoria/South Australian segment and requiring regular travel.
* Providing input to regional and territory strategic and tactical planning through the Advancement Committee and Australian Crop Team.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new markets, and expanding existing ones. If you have excellent communication and time management skills, with the flair of influencing through design and reporting, we want to hear from you!
