About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Power Application Centre, one of the fastest growing and most innovative areas of our business. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex Protection, Automation, and SCADA projects, driving successful outcomes through strong customer partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the successful delivery of complex power systems projects, ensuring technical excellence, strong commercial outcomes, and high customer satisfaction.
* Own end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk) across Protection, Automation, and SCADA projects
* Develop and manage project plans, including resources, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies
* Act as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle
* Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, safety, and commercial teams, as well as manage contractors and vendors
* Oversee site delivery activities in live construction environments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Manage contractual obligations including variations, claims, invoicing, and identify opportunities for additional services
About You
You are a commercially astute and technically strong Project Manager with deep experience in power systems, capable of leading complex projects in dynamic environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering (or similar)
* 5–10 years' experience in project delivery, ideally within utility, transmission, distribution, renewables, or industrial sectors
* Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
* Experience across HV/MV/LV systems, with knowledge of Protection, Automation, and SCADA infrastructure
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Salesforce) and methodologies (PMP or equivalent preferred)
* Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., IEC61850, Modbus, DNP3) and experience working in site-based environments
