A fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated RetailTeam Member to join our team at our Naracoortestore.
This is a full-time position on a 7 day rotating roster - mostly working Monday-Friday however the occasional weekend required
The Role
What you will be doing
* Providing excellent customer service, helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, efficient service
* Putting away stock, mainly hardware products
* Supporting with admin tasks as required
* Physical work with some heavy lifting required
* Stock and store merchandising
* Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their department
What you will bring
* Demonstrate a strong customer focus and ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines
* Must be physically fit and able to be on your feet all day
* An eye for detail and a sense of urgency
* Ability to be available to work across a 7 day rotating roster
* Forklift Licence highly advantageous
* Admin and merchandising experience highly desirable
* Knowledge in hardware/paint/garden supplies is highly desirable
