Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role will facilitate outcomes that are a direct contribution to HIF's strategic plan in full consideration of HIF's Member experience. About the role
The Test Analyst supports the Development, Automation and PMO initiatives and has overall responsibility for the end-to-end software testing, including User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, practices, and standards. Delivering excellence in testing specific to HIF's digital platforms, systems, and tools in addition to uplifting HIF's current testing capability and maturity.
There's also some essential responsibilities that will ensure your success in this role;
Develop system test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Design, develop and execute manual and automated testing.
Establish and maintain project estimates and schedules for testing activities.
Develop dashboards
eports to track testing progress.
Results analysis and continual improvement of testing procedures.
Manage test cases traceability and documentation.
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. What we're looking for in you
Minimum of three years in a similar hands-on Software Tester/Test Analyst role.
Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Experience in the preparation of automation design document, test plan, estimates, status, and execution report for every release/build.
Knowledge and understanding of XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
Demonstrated experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
Competency in the use of test management tools such as Jira/Quality Centre.
Demonstrated experience in UAT, Automated, functional, and manual testing.
Experience in working on Agile projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to share ideas and learn from others.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously. About HIF
