* Safeguarding IT security and compliance according to industry standards.
* Managing device lifecycle of all IT equipment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Information Systems or equivalent education.
* At least 3 years of IT support and training experience (L1).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good presentation skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft technology.
* Good knowledge of IT service management processes.
